Accessibility

Richard Perez and EXIT Realty Central are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Access to housing information should not depend on how you browse the web.

Conformance goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

We build with semantic HTML, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, support keyboard navigation, maintain readable color contrast and visible focus indicators, and design pages to remain usable when text is resized or the page is zoomed. Automated accessibility testing runs as part of our build process, and we review pages manually as the site changes.

Known limitations

Some content provided by third parties — such as MLS/IDX listing data and embedded maps — may not yet fully meet these goals. We are working to improve those areas and can provide the underlying information in an accessible form on request.

Need something in another format?

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you'd like a listing, neighborhood guide, or document in a different format, contact Richard through our Contact page and we'll help promptly.

Reporting a barrier

We welcome your feedback. If you hit an accessibility barrier, use our Contact page and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.

This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to accessibility and to fair, equal access to housing. See also our Fair Housing page.
